I now have about 250 hours on the machine. I couldn't even pull the dethatcher on anything other than perfectly flat ground. After that, my machine lost a lot of pull especially in warmer weather and running for 30 minutes.
I was running for about an hour before I realized what I had done. All was fine until early last year when I went out one day with the tranny release lever only partially engaged after having pushed the thing around the shed. In addition to mowing I've been hauling wood thru the back area of my wooded lot (some slopes there, too), dethatching and plug aerating.
